Its amazing there is an airline that values its employees like SWA. Goes to show that this economy has no relevance on receiving a good contract! We all know the airlines, especially AA, has been profiting over the last several years, while we gave back and helped them out of crisis. Now its our turn to get a good contract like Southwest and bring back the moral and loyalty we once had for this company!!!!
I'm hearing they got more than a 10% pay increase over 4 years. Should put them guys over $45 an hour. Bravo SWA AMT's
