MoP's prediction...A Decisive Arbitrary Decision-maker, D.A.D. (federal arbitrator) will pull the car over and straighten everything out before it gets nuts.
Hopefully next year, Mom's new husband will realize unions do all the chores and then the company will become the red-headed step child.
